The Ula L is the Classic sized up, a 3.0m long insulated cube with twin-tier hemlock benches, comfortable 5–6 person capacity, and the same warm beige-toned thermowood exterior.
It's the sauna for owners who liked the Classic's spec but need real family capacity. Twin-tier benches, full-glass front, 9kW Harvia heater sized for the larger internal volume, 100mm rockwool insulation.
Because it's insulated, the running cost per session is only marginally higher than the smaller Classic despite the bigger air volume, the 9kW heater reaches temperature in 30 minutes then holds at low duty-cycle.

Living with it
How it actually works day to day.
The step up from Classic to L is a real one. Twin-tier benches change the whole ergonomic, you can lie fully out on the upper bench while others sit on the lower, which is how a proper Scandinavian sauna is used.
The 9kW heater is right-sized for this cube. Owners who spec a smaller heater into an L find the sauna struggles to hold temperature at full capacity; the 9kW handles a six-person load without duty-cycling to 100%.
Full-glass front works even better on the L, the larger gable makes the panoramic view more dramatic.
